Rehab Massage - Heat and/or E-Stim to specified location, i.e., back or neck followed by a massage to the area.

THERAPEUTIC MEDICAL MASSAGE

Cervical Spine (Head, Neck, & Shoulders) - This concentrated massage is aimed at relieving tension in the head, neck and shoulder regions. (Not a full body massage).

Thoracic Spine (Middle Back) - This concentrated massage is aimed at relieving tension in the middle back. (Not a full body massage).
30 minutes

Lumbar Spine (Lower Back) - This concentrated massage is aimed at relieving tension in the lower back. (Not a full body massage)

Upper Extremities (Arms) - This concentrated massage is aimed at relieving tension in the upper extremities or arms and hands. (Not a full body massage)

Lower Extremities (Legs) - This concentrated massage is aimed at relieving tension in the lower extremities or legs and feet. (Not a full body massage)

Deep Tissue Massage (Neuromuscular Therapy) - Designed to ease areas of muscle soreness and tension. This massage focuses on the deeper layer of muscle tissue. Great for those who receive regular massages.

Trigger Point Deep Tissue Massage (Rehabilitation) Diverse massage techniques are used to facilitate muscle recovery, relieve tight muscles and improve injured muscles.

THERAPEUTIC AESTHETIC MASSAGE
Swedish Massage - Promotes relaxation, stimulates circulation relieves muscle tension and soreness, and stimulations lymphatic flow to flush out toxins.

Sports Massage - Great massage before or after your sport activity. This vigorous massage targets the muscles to help reduce muscle tension and increase range of motion.

Hot Stone -Smooth stones are heated and incorporated into your massage to create a deep, relaxing experience. Tight muscles are loosened, tension is reduced, and stress is alleviated.

Specialized Massage -This concentrated massage allows the therapist to focus on specific areas of pain and tension to facilitate your specific needs.(Not a full body massage).

Pregnancy Massage - Designed for the expectant or new mothers to relieve the extra stress and tension placed on the body. Focus is placed on the low back, gluteal, hips, shoulders, and feet. Special cushions are used for support. Not recommended in the first trimester.

Indulge yourself by adding your preferred fragrance of pure essential oils to your massage. Choose from lavender, eucalyptus, or peppermint.
