Tips are included in the prices; no additional gratuities are expected.
HOURS
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time or full service fee will be charged. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
WHAT TO WEAR
For rehab services, wear comfortable, loose clothing and closed-toed athletic shoes. Please bring a bathing suit for your comfort if you are receiving hydrotherapy treatment. For hydrotherapy treatment we ask you to shower the morning of treatment.
PAYMENT
Payment is expected when services are rendered.
INSURANCE
In many instances insurance will cover rehab and massage treatment with a physician's prescription. Please inquire for further details.
